Sasho Peppercorn is bold yet subtle, a real sensory experience! We’ve mixed some zesty sansho peppercorn with some sweet miso which gives a nice and unexpected balance.

Peppercorn Kick: Adds a unique, peppery note to the sweet umami richness of miso. Koji Fermentation + Food science : We apply traditional Japanese koji fermentation techniques innovatively in all our products.
